Alisha Williams

Office Coordinator

Alisha Williams the Office Coordinator for Genesis In-Home Care. She joined the team as a Direct Care Worker in 2014, and has served in several capacities since including Team Leader and Field Director. Before finding a home at Genesis, Alisha worked as a Direct Care Worker for five years with two other provider agencies.

As the Office Coordinator, Alisha is tasked with maintaining general oversight of the Genesis office. She also serves as our primary receptionist and our main recruiter. Alisha is a Red Cross certified instructor for CPR and First Aid and she trains all of our staff.

Alisha is a valued member of the team. She has received much recognition over the years including a Mission Possible award from Genesis and an Angel Award from MORC.

Alisha regularly attends conferences and workshops that center around Gentle Teaching. She enjoys encouraging our team to become familiar with and practice cultivating a Culture of Gentleness, while providing care to the people we serve.
