Office Manager
Barb Berden is the Office Manager for Genesis In-Home Care. Barb is an integral part of our Senior Leadership Team. Part of her role as Office Manager is to be the face of the organization for those visiting the office. Barb joined the organization in 2014, initially working as a Team Leader and her roles have evolved as the organization has grown and developed.
Barb has attended many classes pertaining to the social work field and has vast experience and a rich background in serving others. Barb found her passion for serving and entered the mental health field in 1982, a few years after her mother passed away, who she had taken care of her during her illness. Before joining Genesis, Barb worked in ever-changing roles with other growing organizations. In her career, Barb has received many awards for her excellent service provided to both co-workers and persons served.
